Privacy Policy — Field Work

Field Work ("the app") is an internal operations tool used by POMA Media and its staff to record maintenance, inspection, warehouse, and site survey work for outdoor advertising and city-bus assets in Cambodia. This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used.

Who can use the app

The app is for authorised staff and contractors of POMA Media only. Accounts are created by an administrator. It is not a public consumer app.

Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, phone number, role, and team, used to sign you in and attribute your work.
• Work records — the reports, inspections, tasks, stock movements, and surveys you submit, including notes and quantities.
• Photos — images you attach to a record, taken with your camera or chosen from your device.
• Location (GPS) — the coordinates of a site, only when you tap to capture them for a record. The app does not track your location in the background.

How your information is used

• To let you sign in and use the app.
• To store and display the work your team submits.
• To send internal notifications to your company's Telegram group when work is submitted (these contain the record details and the submitter's name).

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Where your information is stored

Data is stored securely in Supabase (a cloud database and storage provider) on servers in Singapore. Notifications are delivered through Telegram. Access is restricted to authorised staff by role.

How long we keep it

Work records are retained for as long as your company needs them for operational and historical reporting. Account data is kept while your account is active.

Your choices

• You control whether to attach a photo or capture GPS for each record.
• To access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to close your account, contact your administrator at the address below.

Children

The app is a workplace tool and is not directed to or intended for anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
